About Us

Rupsha Tyres and Chemicals Ltd is a premier manufacturer and supplier of high-quality tyres, recognized as a trusted name in the industry since its establishment in 1991. The company was founded by Mr. Shafiqur Rahman, a visionary entrepreneur who began his journey in 1972 by manufacturing rubber slippers, known as Hawaii Slippers. Under his leadership, the brand quickly rose to prominence, becoming the most popular rubber slipper brand in Bangladesh within a few years. Mr. Rahman’s dedication to quality and innovation laid a strong foundation for Rupsha’s success. His foresight and commitment to fostering local industry led to the expansion into bicycle tyres and tubes in 1991, a pivotal move that challenged the dominance of Chinese and Indian products in the Bangladeshi rickshaw and bicycle tyre market. Through his relentless pursuit of excellence, Mr. Rahman established Rupsha as a symbol of Bangladeshi ingenuity and quality in the rubber industry.

Our commitment to excellence is evident in our diverse product portfolio, which includes tyres for motorcycles, auto rickshaws, bicycles, traditional rickshaws, and easy bikes. Since 2019, Rupsha has further expanded its offerings to include tyres and tubes for motorcycles, CNG vehicles, easy bikes, and Mishuk auto rickshaws, catering to the growing demands of modern transportation in Bangladesh. We utilize cutting-edge technology and premium raw materials to ensure superior performance, durability, and safety.
